The voting starts Friday, 20.01.2023, and ends Wednesday, 22.02.2023. The winners will be informed on the same day. Friday, 24.02.2023 at 12 o'clock we will publish the result together with the winning bands. For this, you will get again all material from us. The voting will take place on the Summerside Festival Home Page. You can vote by submitting your name and e-mail address. Each registered voter can only vote once for the same band, but for several different bands. Any double votes will be filtered by us and will not count for the contest. If there is a tie between two or more bands after the end of the online voting, we reserve the right to name the winning band(s). The respective slots will be announced by April 14, 2023. The slot allocation is exclusively in our competence. Therefore, please keep both days free. Each winning band can put 10 people on the guest list on the day of their performance. All band members incl. staff will get a day pass with a backstage pass for the required sector. Additionally every band member gets two regular daytickets of his choice. There is no legal recourse for the entire online voting. All documents are to be treated confidentially and may be passed on to third parties or made available for viewing without the organizer's consent. Should a band be conspicuous by misconduct of any kind, e.g. by racist, sexist, or in any other form discriminatory or inhumane posts, statements, or the like, it will be immediately removed from the voting. Furthermore, any manipulation of the voting process is a reason for immediate exclusion. There is no exhaustive list of misconduct that will lead to exclusion. We reserve the right to decide on any disciplinary action in each individual case. We will use your data for promotional purposes.
