5. Google Analytics

This service uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," which are text files stored on users' computers that enable an analysis of the use of the website by them. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by the users is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, the IP address of the users will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the users, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide further services related to website usage and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g., for statistical purposes. As far as this is known to us, we inform users about it.

7.2 Duration of Storage

We process and store personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations or for the purposes pursued with the processing, for example, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from initiation, processing to termination of a contract) and beyond in accordance with legal retention and documentation obligations.

Personal data will be deleted as soon as it has fulfilled its purpose and there are no storage obligations to the contrary. 8. Rights of the Data Subject

If your personal data is processed, you are a "data subject" within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) or, if and to the extent applicable, the GDPR, and you have the following rights against us as the data controller. You can exercise your rights by contacting us and specifying your request.

8.1 Right to Information

Every data subject affected by the processing of personal data has the right to obtain from the data controller, at any time and free of charge, information about the personal data stored about them and a copy of this data.

You can request confirmation from the data controller as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us.

8.2 Right to Rectification

Every data subject affected by the processing of personal data has the right to demand the immediate correction of incorrect personal data concerning them. Furthermore, the data subject has the right, taking into account the purposes of the processing, to request the completion of incomplete personal data - also by means of a supplementary declaration.

8.3 Right to Restriction of Processing

Every data subject affected by the processing of personal data has the right to demand from the data controller the restriction of processing if one of the conditions provided for by the legislator in the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) or, if and to the extent applicable, in Art. 18 (1) GDPR is met.

Every data subject affected by the processing of personal data has the right to demand from the data controller the immediate erasure of the personal data concerning them if one of the reasons specified in the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) or, if and to the extent applicable, in Art. 17 (1) GDPR applies.

8.5 Right to Data Portability

Every data subject affected by the processing of personal data has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. They also have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom the personal data was provided, provided that the processing is based on consent pursuant to the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) or, if and to the extent applicable, Art. 6 (1) letter a GDPR or Art. 9 (2) letter a GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) letter b GDPR and the processing is carried out by automated means.
